About

Mary Peacock is an installation artist. Mapping is intrinsic to her practice and her research is concerned with capturing the complexity and experience of a particular place.
Mary engages with the geography and history of site-specific locations working with the idea that over time a dialogue with the site emerges and informs the work. Her research and process based practice focuses on giving form via installation to a presence or history that is held within the site’s environment.
